All Hallows in Church Lane Tottenham by William Butterfield 1814-1900 was close to the Tottenham home of Godden. Butterfield also designed Keble College but the gothic revival All Saints in Margaret Street was his favourite Butterfield church.

One of a series (see Lee & Thames) of images recorded on the bank of the Lee Navigation near to Chalk Bridge showing the demolition of industrial buildings. The site in 2024 is now ready for the Meridian Waters development that will see 10,000 dwellings built over the next 20 years.
