The dozens of greetings cards created by John were produced a few months before Christmas where the paintings to be affixed to card were made ready to be sent to friends.

"Ole - Its Christmas" -  Over the months before Christmas  John created hundreds of personalised hand painted cards that he sent to his many friends. Greetings cards the size of a postcard were produced in great numbers and addressed to each person using ink in his distinctive handwriting.
